The Weekly Journals of Astronaut Shannon Walker
In 2004 NASA selected Dr. Shannon Walker to be an astronaut candidate.   On June 14, 2004, she and fellow candidates began their training.   At that time she began writing weekly descriptions of her experiences.   After six years of almost continuous training Shannon is still writing weekly journals, and is now living and working on the International Space Station.

This web site is for all the people curious about astronaut training, for all the young people who aspire to be an astronaut, and for all the people just interested in space and the International Space Station.   So, take a journey to the stars with Shannon. . .
